Sick on my Anniversary ...

Yesterday was our anniversary and I had all sorts of plans for the day. Unfortunately I woke up Saturday morning with 101 degree fever and felt AWFUL!!! I got super sick and couldn't even get out of bed! My husband was out of town for a business trip coming back at about 4:00 in the afternoon. I was going to have the house all clean and get ready for an evening of fun...but I couldn't even move!!! Instead Jon came home to a messy house and a sick wife! He was so sweet though! Even though he is the one planning our five day trip to Cali for us and got home from a busy trip in Mexico, he came home and completely took over. My fever finally went down when he came home so he took me to see the movie Taken and we went to dinner. I was sick so I wasn't up for much...but he did have our home looking like this when I came back!:) It was the sweetest thing!He had rose petal going up our stair way and all over the floor. He had the cutest homemade card that he spent forever making perfectly! I told him I wanted something homemade because it means more than something bought. I have to say he did pretty good. Thanks hun!!! This is why I love ya!!!
